Refund Policy

A complete refund will be issued to the client if, within 24 hours after the coaching session, the client expresses dissatisfaction with the coaching session and requests a refund.

All refunds will be made via Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you must create one. They are free, and only take a minute to set up.

Kenneth James Michael MacLean reserves the right to refuse further service to a client who has demanded and received a refund.
