How did you get here?
How did the universe come into being?
And, most important,
Where are we headed as a planetary society?
Look at the world situation
today. What do you see?
Wars, poverty, illness, and
injustice. Increasing global
warming and pollution. A
political situation that is
out of control.
Our planet is messed up because
we have been taught that
competition and conflict are
inevitable; that human nature is
savage and barbaric, and must be
controlled. We are
taught that you only go around
once, and that when you die,
you’re dead.
Such a belief degrades a human
being to a pile of mud, and
leads to a self- conception of
unworthiness and limitation.
It is a lie, and a denial of our
divine, spiritual nature.
Without a true understanding of
self, individuals --and our
species --must inevitably
struggle! That is what has been
happening for the past 5,000
years.
Isn't it about time for a
change?
